• Orders are forwarded for processing and dispatch immediately; cancellation requests will not be entertained.
• Customers must verify product compatibility, specifications, quantity, and delivery details before checkout.

2. No Return & No Exchange Policy

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
• This includes vehicle incompatibility, installation issues, incorrect selection, or change of mind.

3. No Refund Policy

• All payments made on jsautolighting.com are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for courier delays, incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel.

4. Exceptions (Sole Discretion of JS Auto Lighting)

• Product received is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
• Incorrect product delivered (different from the order placed).

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing jsmerchandise.23@gmail.com along with order details, unboxing video, and clear product photos. If approved, the resolution may be a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
